Customers find value in the 65” Class UP7000 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV for its exceptional picture quality, reasonable price, and easy setup process. Many customers rave about the stunning and clear picture, while others appreciate the great value for the price. The TV's large screen size is also a hit, with several customers mentioning that they specifically chose the 65-inch model for its perfect size.
I had an old Samsung 720p 50" Plasma that has been working great since 2012 but now that me and my wife are streaming more these days we decided to purchase this TV being it was affordable at only $499. The TV is beautiful and the colors are bright but my only complaint is this backlight bleed at the bottom of the TV which is very noticeable especially on dark scenes and I'm not sure if this is normal or I should contact support about it. Otherwise we are very happy with the TV!

Initially bought a Samsung UH7000. Should've read the reviews. Tech support was worse than worthless. 4" grey bar obscuring the picture. Opted for the LG 65UP7000UA. Beautiful screen easy to hang, easy to setup. Excellent price. Cheaper than the Samsung with better picture, better sound, better price, easier setup, accessible tech support (though not needed).

Please see the pictures I’ve posted to see the light leak/clouding on a black background from this TV. I had very high expectations for this brand. My 4k 55 in TCL tv had broken during a move & it was time to replace it. I initially went and got the 55 in LG in this version and only took it out of the box and turned it on, initally the picture was absolutely stunning, but the UI is EXTREMELY laggy, and the home screen is an absolute mess especially for someone with ADD, giant pictures of Ads & other things for sale when your actual apps are further down the screen with tiny icons, I thought that this was something that I could adjust to for the right TV. I realized I didn’t have an optical cable for my soundbar and went back to Best Buy the next day to grab one when I saw the 65 in for just a bit more in price and I grabbed it & returned the 55 in. When I got home and set it up I experienced the same problems as the 55in, extremely laggy UI which I thought could’ve just been an issue with the first one. But then I realized something else, this TV has EXTREME light leak issues during dark scenes or black backgrounds, which I’ve found other people are experiencing as well. All corners of the screen leak LED lighting and throughout the middle and sides of the screen there is clouding. I wanted to love this TV as everyone in the best buy store (trust me i talked to everyone and was in there for an hour debating) told me to go either LG or Samsung as nothing else was worth it. I will continue looking as it seems LG/samsung aren’t what they used to be and will continue doing research. All in all, if you don’t mind the issues I mentioned, the picture is amazing! Lastly, gaming (warzone, apex) was 5/10 on this TV.
