Told the people at Best Buy what I was looking for. Discussed how my washer and dryer are opposite of what is normal for placement in my laundry room. The sales man took me straight to this dryer. I LOVE how the door opens two ways it makes doing my laundry so much nicer and easier!

Purchased LG model 7200 Dryer from very knowledgeable sales associate after asking numerous questions and competitive a great price that included delivery, required vent hose for the dryer and setup. Two friendly, highly qualified members from the GEEK Squad delivered the machine, carefully moving the it into place, installed it and tested it while they showed me the basics of the machine. I am very happy with our purchase from Best Buy!

I am ecstatic over this dryer purchase. This machine has so many bells and whistles and for an outstanding price. I got it for sale over the Labor Day weekend for $599. This is only $100-$150 more than similar size capacity dryers from the Samsung and GE lineup but has SO many more features including the smartphone app and smart diagnostic capability, as well as an indicator that lets you know when your vent needs to cleaned to maximize efficiency. I think this is so awesome because not many people know that they should be having the dryer vents cleaned on an annual basis so getting a notification from your dryer is pretty convenient. Also this model is energy star rated, saving you money over time. Obviously, the different options for opening the dryer door from the side or from the top is incredibly cool, especially to prevent clothes from falling on the floor when transferring from the washer or even when removing the dried loads. It's important to note that LG is a company that does not use cheap parts like some of its competitors. They make quality products and they have been proven to have sustainability over time which means less headaches. I checked this dryer out on Consumer Reports and it had the least incidence rating of repairs and problems over 5 years of ownership compared to other name brands. Even the associate at Best Buy who deals with a lot of customer service related calls stated that she gets the least complaints with the LG products. My 4K TV is LG and I will never get a different brand. Even the LG customer support is top notch compared to other reputable brands. Also, this dryer is very attractive. Love the design and its ease of use. Thanks Best Buy for all the help.
