The best view in the kitchen! This super-sized window allows you to easily check the progress of a meal no matter where it’s placed in the oven.
I really love my new stove. I use both too and bottom. The glass stove top is very easily scratched by pots. Even with that I can’t take away any stars. It doesn’t have lips on either side, but it replaced my freestanding stove very easily.
Great looking range with features that satisfy every size family. The only objection is that it is time consuming to clean the top. I bought new cookware which has helped but to keep it looking new takes time and effort.
I did purchased this beautiful stove last year July 2018.After first used, started with a small white spot on the cook top after cooking, Called Lg customer service and they did send a service man to checked on the stove, Well technician said the reason is because the type of pans I was using that I need it to get good heavy pans to cook and prevent the white spots. Went to Macy's and get a good expensive ones, so pans were not the problem at the end, white spots were getting bigger and bigger on the front two rings, called Lg again and customer service on the phone looking through the camera said it; not a manufacture defect, Normal wear, Really???? so I'm so disappointing with Lg,Never had this problem before with any Range in my life. I will never purchase any appliance never again.!! Very expensive appliance for very poor quality. Do not invest your money in this stove!!

Nice with a few issues
We purchased this stove to replace a double-oven GE model that was too expensive to fix. This model matches our LG refrigerator (which we love) and has the double oven that I insisted on. We are happy with this stove and so far it fits our needs. I like the variety of settings and stovetop sizes. The ovens preheat quickly and both bake and convection settings work as expected. However, the knobs are difficult to read and stick out at an angle that leaning on them has turned them on without us realizing and taking cookie sheets out of the oven and setting them on the cooktop slides across the knobs. We are getting used to it, and it is not a deal-breaker for purchasing this unit. It is just something to note if considering.
A:AnswerLike most ceramic cooktops, the ceramic cooktop on the LG 7.3 Cu. Ft. Self-Clean Slide-In Double Oven Electric Smart Wi-Fi Range with Convection, Model # LTE4815ST is scratch resistant but it is not scratch proof as you pointed out. Sometimes marks may appear on the glass ceramic that seem to be scratches but are really marks from a pan or pot and can be removed by cleaning. You should only use pans and pots with smooth bottoms while cooking on the ceramic cooktop and periodically scrub the bottom of your pans to remove any burned on food that will scratch or damage the stove. Never move the pans and pots back and forth across the surface, pick them up instead...^IFV
A:AnswerGently use a scraper, then a soft cloth to remove the scrapings, follow by the cleaner provided. Polish it with the soft cloth. Repeat as needed. There you clean it the easier it gets.
It does not have a downdraft. The vents that you see in the back of the cooktop actually vent the oven itself. This is by far the best oven I have owned in 20+ years. This unit replaced a Samsung “dual oven” that died after 3 years but truly never worked properly. Geek squad replaced it with this model. Love love love this....I even dehydrated 8 lbs of mangoes last week!
A:AnswerYes kind of. You can press and hold the lock button for 3 seconds and it will lock both oven doors closed and keep the burners from coming on. You can turn the knobs and it plays a musical note but the burners won’t turn on
