The computer worked like a dream. Easy to set up and it took no time to boot up or open any programs. It was purchased as a work computer for my wife, but she could not get used to the Chrome operating system. Chrome obviously pushes for everything to be online. Pretty much everything has to be saved on a cloud, and some of the software she uses (Excel and Word) are only available to be used online so no offline saving is possible. We ended up returning it and getting an HP with Windows. If you can take the time to learn a new OS then I would highly recommend this computer!

It was purchased for my younger special needs brother who likes to listen to music & dance, the chrome desktop is perfect for browsing the web & YouTube. We did have a problem with screen blurring out on the first day, but after doing a reset it hasn't happened again. Great starter PC for younger kids & older adults.
