I've been an LG phone user on the Sprint network for years - had the Optimus G, then the G3, most recently the G5 and now this one. I wanted an upgrade and Best Buy was running a great offer on this phone. So glad I got it. Highlights: processor speed, battery life, storage, wireless charging, waterproof & dustproof, physical size and appearance. Only minor drawback I've noticed: on my G5 I was able to easily customize app icons. Can't do it on this phone. That may be an Android version issue vs. phone hardware. I also liked being able to swap batteries, but based on battery life so far, plus the additional benefit of water resistance, I don't miss it that much. Best phone I've ever owned by a long shot.

This phone met my needs well. Coming from the LG V20 it's a little smaller in your hand. My pros are the headphone jack and expandable storage. Camera is good, battery life so far is excellent. One thing to note is I did not get the second screen, not really interested as I just use a phone for basic features. Also to note is the limited availability of cases, people who purchase the second screen won't have this issue. Music sounds amazing in high quality formats. The phone was 6.30 a month to own for 24 months, another plus. Should last at least 2 years, my V20 that was fantastic and also has a removable battery is still in excellent condition. Pleased with the purchase, phone may not have the greatest features others are looking for. Just my 2 cents

I upgraded from a LG G5. This phone is an improvement in every way. Faster, better speech recognition, good camera, just runs smoother. The on screen fingerprint sensor was a little different but it works well. The battery lasts a long time, 2 days + with light use, a vast improvement from the old phone. Overall I'm happy with it.
