I'm completely happy with the monitor. It works great and the price was a good deal. My problem is with Best Buy's definition of "refurbished". The item description said "Geek Squad® Certified Refurbished products are thoroughly, painstakingly and lovingly tested..." This item was clearly a return that was just taped back up and sold as refurbished. Missing DP cable, power cable untied and loose in the box, no plastic wrapper around the monitor, no paperwork. This was an open box, not refurbished. No indication this went through any sort of QA or testing. Disappointed in Best Buy.
