Arrived with the screen scratched up in the middle. One of the corners was shattered. The screen screen was full.of jagged lines and distorted colors. Total waste of time. How was it certified is beyond me. Returning.

I received the item in a large box that was poorly taped and had holes in it. Upon opening the box I notes there was some bubble wrap on top of the monitor. As a moved the bubble wrap I was surprised that the refurbished item was wedged between two pieces of styrofoam only. The mount was thrown in the box along with some HDMI cables. As I took the monitor I noted that the entire screen had scratches and on the corners the screen was cracked and severely damaged. How is this a refurbished product by the geek squad???!? Honestly Best Buy’s open box and refurbished program is somehow poorly managed. It’s a complete waste of time. You wait by pass other sale items that week only to get a destroyed item.
