Pro We (wife and I) love how it looks, We love that you can see what the dishwasher is doing with your phone, so many programable options, downloadable programs and how quiet it is. Cons It does not dry. Heating element is gone which is a plus in term of energy usages. However and even with the longer 3.5 hours run with extra dry, it does not dry. For this reason, we returned the product.
