Excellent at washing and Drying
||Posted .Let me start off with Delivery and installation . Great technicians and Delivery. Trying to connect this to wifi really sucks took about an hour and a half to get the washer to connect to the LG app. There was lots of tiers and hair pulling out. Finally after a hour and a half it connected. Then it was time for the dryer. It's been about 18 hours of trying still it won't connect. I know I'll have to call tech support tomorrow. I really debated just returning them because of how frustrating it is. Lots of tears I mean a lot of them. There are no videos and search engine turns up with no help except everyone with the same problem as me. I decided after countless hours that I would just use the 5.8 washer."I'm so happy I did!" I washed two king fitted sheets two flat sheets and four king pillow cases. " Amazing " So easy and user friendly. They washed beautifully. Then time to dry them. Drying the double set of king sheets was amazing. "we all know fitted sheets ball and everything inside them is still wet." Not in this case everything was dry I mean everything.. I could not believe it this is amazing.. If you are looking for an amazing washer and dryer this is it . Look no further. If you are buying this to connect wifi run away.. you will be bald from tearing your hair out and you will cry just out of frustration.. LG should have waited to launch wifi until there app was complete. They really don't make it user friendly and I am a technical person. I understand computers And very Tech savvy. Needless to say at least the washer is connected to the app.

The units themselves are beautiful. My clothes come out better than they ever have with any washer and dryer that I’ve ever owned.

We have dogs who love our bed and we have washed our King size bedding MANY times in the last 6 months since purchasing and it has done a good job. Matches well with the 9.0 cu. ft. Dryer to dry those large items. much, much better than our previous 4.5 cu. ft.

Ft. 14-Cycle Front-Load Smart Wi-Fi Washer with TurboWash and Steam - Premium Black Stainless Steel, Model # WM9500HKA slides back when you push it to open it. The maintenance section on page 38 of the owner's manual has instructions for how to remove the detergent dispenser covers and pull out the detergent cups to clean them with warm water and use a soft cloth or brush for cleaning and to remove residue. It has a Pre-Wash cycle that you can use to wash clothes that are heavily soiled or covered in dirt or dust for 15 minutes. Due to the way the tub in Front Load Washers is designed, the door seal is much tighter which is why the door seal should be wiped dry after each wash to prevent mold and mildew that will lead to musty odors. The door for the LG SIGNATURE 5.8 Cu. Ft. 14-Cycle Front-Load Smart Wi-Fi Washer with TurboWash and Steam - Premium Black Stainless Steel, Model # WM9500HKA and the inside of the door seal should be wiped to remove any moisture. You should also run the Tub Clean cycle once a month, or more often if needed, to remove detergent buildup and other residue. Some environmental and usage conditions can cause a residue to build up in the drum over time and can lead to a mildewy or musty smell. Periodic use of this cycle helps to prevent mildew or a musty smell. Run the Tub Clean cycle once a month, or more often under heavy use conditions or if odor is present...^IFV
