A cinematic experience in the comfort of home!

This TV is simply outstanding! And yes, expensive! However, a Black Friday deal in July made it much more affordable than the typical sale price. The picture quality is what you would expect from a 4K OLED panel, with vibrant colors, deep blacks, and stunning contrast. And the size makes the experience truly cinematic, especially with the myriad picture quality choices such as HDR, Dolby Vision, and HLG. This is an excellent addition to any home, making viewing more immersive than its younger siblings (like the 77” OLED). It’s easy to fall into the trap of binge-watching TV shows and movies. I have this flush-mounted on the wall using the supplied brackets, which is ideal, space-saving, and theater-like. But a stand is available as an option. The third-party installation guys used by Best Buy struggled with mounting it and nearly gave up. But they were eventually able to get it done. It clearly requires a bit of experience and technique to get the mounting right, and they had not mounted this model before. Best Buy scheduling wasn’t the most customer-friendly either. The TV has numerous features and is state-of-the-art for a 2023 model. And they’re all easy to use. The sound quality is excellent, with clear dialogue, rich bass, and immersive surround sound. I enhanced the audio experience by using it in conjunction with an external optical audio system, which further amplifies the sound and adds depth to the viewing experience. The Zero Connect wireless box, a key accessory, worked like a charm with zero issues (pun intended!). It eliminates the need for messy cables and ensures a seamless connection between the TV and external devices. There is no video lag or loss of connectivity. It has multiple positioning options (I have it below the TV). Some reviews have speculated about this feature, but I have not experienced any issues. A nice little bonus is the sleek metal remote control (instead of the regular plastic one). This is my third LG OLED (I started with a 55” curved, then 77”). Once you go OLED, I don’t think you can go back to any of the other panels. Overall, this is a terrific TV if you can swing it. It is a fraction of the cost of the custom 146” Samsung wall, even if it’s a multiple of the 77” LG OLED. The best time to buy is when LG has the sweet Black Friday deal (whether in July or November). I recommend this TV without any reservations.

    My dogs dont recomend

So first of all my dogs love watching TV and ever since I bought this they hate it they really don’t like this TV. Very bad quality they can barely watch blues clues, cause it lags. And when they watch paw patrol the paws on the paw patrol, animals are very blurry. They complain about the TV to me every day so think again before buying

You live only once, Get it!

I was diligently saving for my daughter’s wedding and son’s college fund. I had already paid for my daughter to go to college. Thankfully, she was good student and hers was partially covered by scholarship. So, I thought it’d be fair to pay for my son too. With the inflation, the saving rate was not what I anticipated and was feeling a bit depressed about it. But one day, I happened to go to BB to return some crappy resent, and saw this TV in action, and I was hooked. Like a dog with a wet tennis ball at summer beach, I couldn’t think of anything else after that. Every waking hour, I kept think about how great it’d be to have on my living room and how my buddies would react and be envious when I invite them to watch the superbowl. My pragmatic self said, I should be just happy with my 82” LG OLED at home but my obsessive side wouldn’t let go. A TV to die for or paying for college and wedding, hmm. What do I do. Well, I realized that given most wedding don’t last ( over 69% ends up in divorce) and colleges, nowadays, are highly overrated because they just let anyone go get a degree, and the fact that I only live once; my obsessive side won. This Super Bowl was a blast. My wife, daughter loved it. Jr, loved it the most. They still think there’s is a wedding find and a college fund. Well the joke is on them. The TV is good, though.
