- A:Answer The LG - STUDIO 30" Built-In Single Electric Convection Wall Oven - Stainless Steel, Model # LSWS307ST must be connected to an individual, properly grounded branch circuit, protected by a 30 Amp circuit breaker or fuse with a #10 AWG wire gauge at least. The flexible conduit must be connected to a junction box behind the wall oven that must be recessed and be a minimum of 22" from the bottom of the range oven...^IFV

Rack position 2 or 3 should be used for proofing. Proofing does not operate when the oven is above 125 °F and it is normal for the fan to operate during the Proof function...^IFV

Q: QuestionWill this oven stay on when the door is open? I know it has an auto-shut off after 12hrs, but I am wondering if I could use this oven as a dehydrator. The door would need to be cracked open during dehydrating and temp set ~120. Is this possible??
