Big Boston Fan
||Posted .I've loved Boston's music for decades now. The messaging included with their more recent albums (Walk On, Corporate America) has been a little too "hippie-free-love-save-the-whales-because-we're-a-rock-band-and-don't-have-practical-concerns" for my taste (not that I'm against whales :) ), but the music has been phenomenal, so I keep buying it. Life, Love & Hope largely met my expectations as a unique sounding album with great instrumentals and vocals. Although more subdued, the hippie messaging is still prevalent. And the inclusion of Delp's hacked-up vocals, edited and cropped together after he passed, was a bit of a turn-off. Overall though, I'd recommend the album for any die-hard Boston fan like myself.

Boston Rocks!
||Posted .Always a Boston fan, I can't wait to hear new music from Tom Scholz and this album has eight new tracks. Several of the tracks are a bit more reminiscent of early Boston, but still have a more modern sound. The rest have sound more like that on "Corporate America." Two of the tracks ("Someone" and "You Gave Up on Love") are remixes of those songs. The bonus track on the Best Buy version is "Te Quiero Mia" is a remix of "I Had a Good Time." All-in-all a great CD, but more mellow than their first two albums. It's a must-have for any Boston fan!

Long Overdue
||Posted .I am happy to see Boston return with their first new effort in eleven years, "Life, Love & Hope." The album's opening number, "Heaven on Earth" is the strongest track. I would recommend this album, Life, Love & Hope to the many Boston fans out there.

Brad is still the star, God Bless Him
||Posted .The guitars and bass, and of course the vocals (at times) are undeniably "Boston," but the percussion is ordinary for a rock album. And the non-Delp vocals are OK to good....not great. Worth it for fans of the original line up of Boston. Others, get the first album "Boston" which is a masterpiece.

Boston is Back!
||Posted .This is one of Boston's best works in years. Let's say 10. Brad is on some of the tracks. The new lead singer does Brad justice. The songs remind me of their debut album. If you are a Boston fan, you will not be disappointed. May Brad R,I.P. Long live Boston.

Good followup Boston album.
||Posted .Would recommend this to any Boston fans. However it was a little disappointing in that it wasn't as hard as the first 2 albums. But using older recordings with Brad Delp on vocals is a good selling point.

Better than Bieber
||Posted .Boston is such a great band. Their first album may just be the best sophomore album ever to come out. By only producing 6 albums (not counting greatest hits), they haven't ran their course just yet. Even though a few tracks were re-produced from "Corporate America", this new album will keep most Boston fans happy until 2024. Let's see if Justin Bieber can match them.

Boston's 2013 Album
||Posted .Long time Boston fan. Their first album will always be the standard to which all their other work will be compared. There are good songs on here that still have the elements that made the band great. But, there are also some that I just don't enjoy...the female vocalist doesn't work for me; the themes of some are too soft for a rock 'n roll album; many are over-produced. A bit of a disappointment, but it wasn't a total loss. I was just expecting more of the good stuff.
