LifeProof - NÜÜD Protective Water-resistant Case for Apple® iPhone® 8 Plus - Cool Mist

Lifeproof used to make good cases but not so sure anymore. I got sick of the amount of dust getting under the screen from the other lifeproof case so i bought the fre this time which cost alot more them the case with the built in screen protector. Unlike the cheeper case that had a nice grip to it this one is a very hard and slippery plastic, it has nice protection but with the fre unlike the other case no one can hear me on speaker phone and can barley hear me if i talk directly into the phone. If i open the charge port door they can hear me a bit better but not by much. I have to say keep away from this case.

Case will not crack or break so protect your investment. I have owned this product for years and I love them. Saved me many headaches from dropping it.

Great case. Very sturdy and keeps a great seal to prevent dust and water to enter. The rubber casing gets chipped very easily and the casing around the home button is a little to bulky... warranty is great and the case keeps my phone very safe from the elements. A little pricy as well but overall a great case.

This is a real good case. It comes with the front and the back of course. But it doesn’t come with a screen protector. I ordered one specifically for this case (get a glass screen protector if you’re going to get this case). I’ve dropped my phone a lot and my case is still in perfect condition! :)

I love and hate this case at the same time. It’s a solid 5 stars for durability and protecting the phone, but it’s a 2 for sound quality. I read other reviews that said the same thing but thought surely they were exaggerating! Unfortunately, they weren’t. No one can hear me unless I’m on speaker and music is not worth listening to any higher than low with the vibrating sound. So, I’m now forced to wear my headphones or ear piece to talk on the phone and use headphones or connect to a Bluetooth speaker to listen to music. Shouldn’t be an either / or situation for the cost.

Great case... lives up to its name. Only downside is it’s a little hard for others to hear me, as I have a screen protector on the phone as well (for extra protection)

This is an excellent case if you are hard on phones. However, it doesn’t work with a glass screen protector due to the rubber seals under the faceplate, which you don’t need anyway due to the case being raised off the phone screen for extra drop protection.

Great case, great fit, but it is hard hear people when on the phone and a lot of people could barely hear me on the other end
