LifeSpan - Treadmill Desk

Some of my friends and family think I am crazy for getting such a thing. Yet they can't imagine how much more work done I can get while working out on this. I am a day trader and Love the gym but hate the overly built guys and don't have the time to get in shape like I used to. This has been the ticket for me and use it every day. I just carry my laptop to the table and plug it in and start my walking. I even have a private contractor working on getting me some pluming installed towards the back so I dont even have to get off to take a number 1 or 2. Once he figures out the water/drain system then I can't see why I cant knock off 2-5 pounds a week while watching the markets. I spend about 5 hours walking and sometimes running at slow speeds each session. Saturday and Sunday I just have my yorkie run a little when she gets bored. If I had to note one down side that would be the sound of the motors. They do tend to whine towards the end of the day. This is after being on for about 4 hours in a semi hot spare bedroom. Other then the sound which I haven gotten over then I am hooked. You will be too!
