After buying the device I had to dig deep into the FAQ's on the site to discover that this doesn't work with Chrome. I returned it as soon as I could. The information on Chrome should be right on the home page so that others don't make the same mistake that I did.

I purchased this device through the Lima web page, which directed me to Best Buy. When I received the device, I had trouble with it constantly going off-line. The Lima support people immediately, with out asking ANY questions, stated your device is defective. Which tells me, they have either terrible support, or they get a lot of defective devices. After multiple e-mails (takes over a day for them to respond each time), they final told me, I need to return it, but must handle that with Best Buy. Best Buy has said they will process the return, so that is good. BUT, Lima stinks at support. I question the quality of the product.
