Q: QuestionI have the 300 mbps service with spectrum. In order to access the full 300 mbps would this modem be able to do that or do you recommend another?

- A:Answer Hi. The Linksys E5350 only supports up to 100MBps of internet speed. We suggest that you consider our Linksys EA8300 instead to take full advantage of your internet speed.

Q: QuestionI have spectrum internet, they provide one network with 2.4ghz and 5G, my security cameras required 2.4 but for some reason I can’t see they cant see the network. Will this split the signals in 2 network?

- A:Answer Hi Juan. Yes, the Linksys E5350 has its own 2.4 and 5GHz bands that you can split by assigning unique SSIDs for each band.

Q: QuestionSpectrum provides my modem. Assuming Spectrum supports this Linksys router do I need to contact Spectrum for some type of access code? Or can i just bring it home, pug in the power and connect it to the modem, then begin using it?

Q: QuestionSo I recently bought a TCL Roku television about 5 months ago. It connected well with my current WiFi perfectly, up until Saturday it suddenly stopped. I tried resetting the TCL Roku device and even tried to reset my WiFi, and nothing worked. Linksys work
