I purchased this online and was excited to receive it. I put it in my dvd player and it said the disc format wasn't recognized. I took it back to the store and they tested it in their players and got the same results. They told me they would exchange the dvd. I got my second copy in the mail and it said the same thing. I took it back to best buy to get my money back and they wouldn't return it because they said it was open. They even tested the second copy and their players and it wouldn't play for them either. Best Buy got my money from me and in exchange I got a DVD that doesn't work. Very upset with the service I received since they will not give me my money back for their product that doesn't work.
