Paul Simon's show is intimate, which naturally matches the context of many of his romantic musings. The live set list includes many of the stalwarts from his back catalog (e.g., Sounds of Silence, Obvious Child) with newer tracks from later albums. While some of the new tracks don't quite measure up to the masterpieces that sandwich them, the overall effect of the song list is well balanced. Plus, the newer arrangements breathe new nuance into those songs you've heard again and again.

This live performance some requirements of a Simon concert: "The Sounds of Silence" and "Kodachrome." But this misses some others: "Graceland" and "Bridge Over Troubled Water." It contains some of the lesser selections of recent work. Nice but not the revelation that the Born At the Right Time tour brought to his old standards.
