- A:Answer Hello, I am not from Best Buy, however, I too am looking for a device on behalf of my Mother. Since there is a delayed response from the retailer, I looked up the company on their website: www.greatcall.com. There are 3 individual monthly prices from $24.99, $29.99 and $39.99, it all depends on your needs. I believe the monitoring is also conducted by the same company. I hope this information helps and answers your question.

Q: QuestionWhy are you not being transparent about which cell network your device uses? I live in an area that receives one network but not the other, so I need to know if your device is on either AT&T or Verizon before I purchase. Previous answers have evasive.
