Got this for 93 year old mother. Easy to use for her. Family has peace of mind that she can easily call for help without messing with a phone. Easy to program. Great feature to be able to answer an incoming phone call and speaker feature. Wish speaker volume was louder though. The base unit volume is too loud during battery check. Hope we never have to use it.

Bought for 90+ year old mom. Easy to use. Programmed it to call 911 but its hard to hear them as the speaker volume is not very loud. A little cumbersome to carry around 24/7. She hung it around her neck. Used it for about a year then stopped. Have seniors practice using it once a month so they'll be familiar on what to do when it comes time and don't panic.
