Logitech - G PRO X Wireless DTS Headphone:X 2.0 Over-the-Ear Gaming Headset for Windows with Blue VO!CE Mic Filter Tech - Black

My purchasing experience was wonderful, I actually didn’t find what I was going to buy initially. But with the customer service rep helped me by telling me, these..the G Pro X wireless (my number 1 pick but wasn’t in stock) could be at my door step in 2 days, same week. I was instantly sold, but the headset themselves...are beyond what I was expecting. The G Hub app, provides so much tuning adjustments for not only the Blue microphone but for the virtual surround sound! The bass is nice and deep, the surround sound when watching movies is super immersive. I personally play with surround sound on, but I know others prefer stereo and it also sounds crisp and clear. The headset comes with a leatherette set of ear cups installed, and found them too tight with my glasses on. So I switched to the AMAZINGLY CONVENIENT included cloth ear cups, and can wear them forrrr hours! And they actually don’t get excessively hot neither, which I was worried about! The nice ~3ft usb-c cable included is really nice quality and length. I have YET to kill the battery life in a whole session of gaming, longest being almost 8 hours straight with volume relatively around level 36-50. Which kinda blows my mind really! I don’t know how long it’ll last in the long term but I suspect it’ll be just fine. The detachable, flexible mic is nice especially if you have an exterior microphone like a Yeti or Shure. I only wish there would be a visible indicator letting me know if the mic is muted or not. But there is an audio indicator that gives a mellow tone that changes whether you’re turning on or off the mic. I love how paired with my Logitech G213 keyboard I can control the volume via media buttons, including play, next, etc. I don’t know if it functions with other branded keyboard media buttons so just be aware. Overall, I’m absolutely satisfied with these headsets. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a quality pair of headsets for gaming, movies, and even music. For $200 I think they’re pretty up there in price but I say they’re worth the wallet hit!

The headset is great! The only issue i had was the wireless dongle went out in 5 months on my first headset.

Not exactly what I thought it was going to be, when I opened it up it looked like someone had already been in the box and there were a few scratches on the headphones themselves, I really needed headphones at the time so I couldn’t return them but I definitely would have. I put the quality as low because they had some scratches in them and the box looked like it had already been torn apart. I did really enjoy the Bluetooth experience no problems there the software takes some time to get used to all in all of my headphones and box came in better condition I would of put 4 stars

Headset sounded and felt great my only issue was that it didn't fit my head it kept tugging on the bottom of my ears. which is really unfortunate.

The screws and plastic part that holds up the mic will end up breaking and cracking with everyday use. Its horrible quality and logitech does nothing to help you replace them.

The plastic box that adjusts the length of the headband just came off on one side. Broke after 1-month of use and no abuse, I really liked the headphones and been recommending them to everyone. Spoke to best buy and said they don't have any sort of warranties on headsets and to contact Logitech directly, just submitted a ticket and will update it when I get more information. PS. there is another guy with the same issue that left a 2 star review.

If you’re like me, Logitech products never fail to be the best. These really give you that competitive edge with the fully adjustable settings via G HUB. The bass is amazing, mid is top tier, and the treble is super crisp. I play competitive E-Sports and these really help me (Valorant ~ CS:GO). You can hear exact locations and footsteps from miles away. Super crisp sound and amazing build quality. These come with extra mesh ear muffs which I installed and are really comfortable for long gaming sessions. These are worth every single penny and are a top tier G PRO product.

Its fantastic....But, ill be completely honest if I had actually done my homework before I got these id have found the reviews and comments about how it works with PC and PS4 and kind of sorta Nintendo Switch (as long as the switch is in the dock) and nothing else, id have gone with the Corsair Virtuoso. $200 for dedicated PC headphones isn't outrageous its just more the part where they didn't try and made it so they cant be used with Xbox Via cable since these are true wireless headphones and only charge via the type c port and therefor cannot be connected to an iPhone or Phone even if with an appropriate connecting cable. All that being said if you like pretty good sounding headphones with fantastic build quality and great app integration/support and don't mind paying the Logitech G Price hike id highly recommend these. Just don't buy these as multi device headphones, they are some really good pc headphones that kind of major emphasis on kind of work with other stuff.
