I have several touchscreen harmony ultimate home remotes/hubs in my home and LOVE them. We use them for tv entertainment/ wifi ac/ and phillips hue lighting. I purchaded the harmony 350 remote for my 9yr old son's bedroom so he could connect all his devices with one easy remote... Blu-ray, directv, wii u, etc... Its very easy for him to switch between devices and saves energy costs by powering everything down with one click. Super easy to program on the computer or via phone app. Comes with usb cord for firmware updates.

It's shiny and black, and it aims to be a replacement for up to 8 devices at a time. You plug it into your computer via USB cable (included) and upload information about your devices into the remote. The process is easy, and I was hopeful that it would work for the only reason I bought it: to turn on both my Smart TV and soundbar in one button press. It does that...sometimes. Other times, it will only turn on the soundbar, unless I slightly press the "Watch TV" button, in which the TV registers that I'm trying to turn it on. Whether it's Sony's fault for not understanding the Harmony signal or vice versa, it's hard to say, but it's sad that the only reason I paid $50 for this is to turn on two devices at once, and it only does that sometimes.

I had been holding off in getting a universal remote for the longest time. I got my 4 remotes down to 2 and was fine with that, until a software update on the Xbox caused one of the devices to stop responding to it's IR blasts. I didn't want to go to 3 remotes, so I took the plunge and got this remote. I didn't want anything fancy, just something to turn the volume up and down and to play and pause. This remote does the job. A couple of negatives that are not deal breakers are: 1. Software - The Harmony software looks like it was made for Windows for workgroups 3.1. Interface is pretty ugly and even though the initial setup is easy, it is not that intuitive if you need to go back in and adjust a setting. 2. No backlight - Seriously Logitech? There are a lot of buttons and they're pretty small and not uniquely shaped, so it's not easy to know what buttons you're pressing in the dark. I find myself tilting the remote towards the TV glare to see where the buttons I need are.
