Customers admire the Harmony Ultimate One 15-Device Universal Remote's ease of use, compatibility with various devices, and its comprehensive feature set. However, some users express concerns regarding battery life, the responsiveness of the touch screen, and the overall design. While many appreciate the streamlined setup process, a few find the price point to be a drawback. The remote's functionality is generally praised, but improvements in certain areas could enhance the user experience.
I have had several Harmony Remotes and have bought and programed them for my sisters, as well. I bought this one after the buttons on my Harmony One started becoming reluctant to work. I tried to fix it by following a YouTube video and ended up killing it. The Harmony One was no longer available, so I bought a Harmony Ultimate One. It is smaller than the Harmony One, because it has eliminated the number pad in favor of touch screen number arrangement. Even using the new "My Harmony" program (as opposed to "Harmony Remote," which proceeded it), it was easy to program. The problems I have with the new Harmony seem to be related to either the design of the keys or the design of my hands. For example, many times when I intend to use the Channel/Page button, it end up hitting the Return key. The design of the keys are much like my original Harmony 880 remote - very stylized and not as practical as the Harmony One. which had more space between the keys. Of course the Harmony One was much larger than the Harmony Ultimate One and had a number pad. However, in the end, it was the number keys that went bad on the Harmony One, so this one should last longer. All and all, I recommend the Harmony Ultimate One because of the ease of programming, but I wish it had simple round buttons.

I have always been a skeptic with this universal remote. It was featured in "Deal of the Day" so I thought I would give it a try. It turned out to be a great decision. I was able to sync it to my LG 4K TV with WebOS, my Bose 300 sound bar and my DirecTV box. It is easy to install/set up with all devices (that are compatible, which is hundreds). I like the capability to add favorite channels and activities base on the capabilities of the hardware, i.e the Harmony remote allows me to set up a short cut to apps on the remote, and shortcut to music since my Bose connect to wifi and you can sync to different music apps. It was a steal for the price. Simply Amazing.

Easy to navigate use and programming. Logical menu layout with appropriately sized LCD and sleek appearance. Love the station icons, which makes remote sophisticated, while eliminating need to memorize desired channels. Built in troubleshooting option works flawlessly. This remote easily stacks up to another remote I own costing over $1,400 which requires a tech to show up to my home for programming with vendor’s propriety software.
