Q: is this mouse compatible with windows 10???
A: I use it with my Surface Pro without problems.
A: I find it useful, less moving parts means fewer things that can break. It also adds to the compact design to not have an actual wheel in the center. I really love mine! It was expensive, I may not have purchased it if I didn't have bonus points/credit to use.

A: The mouse uses Bluetooth and doesn't interfere with a wireless keyboard at all.
A: This is a Bluetooth devise and seems to be compatible with the MACs. I do have El Capitan and all works OK.
A: You move the mouse around on your desk, as you would with any other mouse. The advantages are that you can use the top just like a mouse pad too. Move your finger from side to side on the top and it operates just like a pad on the screen.

A: It's both. The top of the mouse is a touch pad but it also clicks for Left, right, and center.
