Great for the price
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great for the price. Noticed today with a 6.6lb setup on a side 90 ball head, that the monopod bends pretty bad. Could possibly snap with a shock at the bend or even just the wrong movement. Love the twist locks instead of the pinch clamp for the sections. An option for spike tip would be nice.

Excellent product. Practice using thescrew thread.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The best. This product feels well-made as soon as you take it out of the box. The only thing that will pose a challenge is the telescoping screw thread, which is actually a clever design. The outside thread is 3/8”, and the inside is 1/4”. The 3/8” is spring-loaded and is built to hide beside the 1/4” when you’re using the 1/4”. Once you figure out that one screw thread rests inside the other, it’s easy to attach to your phone holder. I find that resting the other end of this on a solid surface helps with attaching something to it. It will take some practice. It’s something that you won’t be able to do while walking at the same time. The cinches for extending the arm are also well-made. This is rugged like a ski pole. If you’re using a gimbal, this product provides extra reach for taller and wider shots. It’s worth the money and gives you more versatility when filming or taking photos.

Manfrotto Monopod Perfecto!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My Son Timothy recommended this Manfrotto Monopod when I explained to him that my hands were shaking when I was trying to focus in on Wild Birds that I was trying to photograph. This piece of equipment is a Godsend! I am now able to photograph birds in mid flight! The other great aspect of the Monopod is that I am usually hiking on fairly rough terrain as I photograph, so the Manfrotto Monopod help me as a walking tick always ready for me to take my wildlife photos! Thank you Manfrotto for a perfect piece of equipment!

Works great.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was confused with this at first. Standard is a 1/4" and this one has a 3/8" screw. I brought back to store and after 1/2 hour, the sales associate at Best Buy figured out that the 3/8" slid down to expose the 1/4" screw. They need to show that in the instructions.

Don't cheapen out and get a $20 one.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.everything you need. has 2 sizes of screws. push down on the big screw to reveal the smaller 1/4 inch screw. great quality. don't cheapen out on your monopod, just spend the extra and get this one. You won't regret it. Sturdy.

Q: QuestionWill this fit my Canon EOS Rebel t7? Also, is there a metal tip at the bottom to secure and stabilize the monopod?
Asked by Missy.
- A:Answer Yes it will fit your camera. The mounting screw assembly is for a large and small mount. Yours would use the smaller one.The larger threads are spring loaded so you press your camera down in it to reveal and engage the smaller threads. The is a hard rubber rounded tip on the bottom.

Q: Questionwill this be a good fit for my D5600 Nikon camera with a long lens that would attach to the monopod?
Asked by annie.
- A:Answer I should think so. I'm using the monopod with a Nikon D7100, which is similar in size and weight, and shooting with a 80mm-200mm zoom. You might also consider getting a ball head to use with the monopod, and it will provide additional flexibility in positioning the monopod at different angles while keeping the camera level relative to the ground.

Q: QuestionIs this good for an iPhone 11 max pro . Need it for recording soccer games
Asked by Soccermomof5.
- A:Answer Joby makes a nice mount for a smartphone for about $34.99 that will fit an iPhone 11, 12 or 13 Pro Max and this monopod. I have that mount, this monopod and a 13 Pro Max and they work great together, even with an Otterbox Defender on my 13 Pro Max. When you press the mount down onto the larger threads of this monopole they will lower down and reveal the smaller 1/5 x 20 threads it will thread onto.
