      This filter can be used to shoot multiple fireworks explosions on a single image. The results can be quite stunning! It does take a little practice to get optimal results. There are multiple uses for the filter, but one more use I'll highlight is to take a picture (time lapse) of a building with cars or people going through the scene and neither cars or people show up in the final image! Once you get used to the technique, you'll use it quite a bit. Don't buy cheaper neutral density filters, or a variable neutral density filter. If you're a serious photographer, you won't be happy with the results.
