If there was a -$700 star button I’d hit it. Considering I’ve bought 3 sets from this company. The MB08 and also the sport edition of that model. And the predecessors. The MB07. BOTH right buds completly died on both sets of my 08’s. And the sport model the left will charge to 100%. But you can watch the percentage fall. It hits 0% in 1.5-2 min. And the left one on my original 08’s somehow cracked in half (this is the reason I even have them another chance because I figured I messed them up because I’m hard on everything.) I inspected it, didn’t damage anything. Not even the casing of the bud, it just snapped back together and reinforced with some super glue. But I quickly realized it wasn’t my fault because that is the only 1 of 4 that work. Then their customer have you trouble shoot them. And I’ve never had anything so complicated to trouble shoot. I can and did tell them the problem. But I understand why they have to go through procedures. But the things they have you do is overly complicated. For the price it’s something they need to be doing, or idk make an update? But I’ve read last update bricked peoples.. so they need to start by firing their whole app division and reevaluate that.. then they need to have HR department take classes in customer service so they can have the entire customer service experience any other way than it is. Waiting 2 hours to talk to someone and it being disconnected is the only worse experience I could have with them. And as of right now I’d prefer that happen cuz atleast then I wouldn’t have wasted so much time getting the same results as them hanging up.. I really wanted to like this company. I still do. But they have the quality of knock off AirPods and the price of iPod pros. More actually I think. And I’m not the only one who’s had this issue. A bunch of people have. I know because I was doing research on swapping the batteries from my 07ms to my 08s’s. Because my 07’s are still working fine. Making me think it’s a design flaw. Because they changed the design. And no way the same thing happened to the right side on both 08’s ,

Sound quality, comfort and design are all top notch of these earbuds and worth the steep price tag. I love that they came with multiple sized ear tips but the installed medium worked perfectly for me out of the box. I use them both for music and work as I'm on the phone for long stretches of time. Battery life is out of this world - although I charged them once, I don't think I needed too and haven't charged them since. I have the original airpods, and while okay, were uncomfortable for any stretch of time and barely made it a couple of hours at a time - especially when I tried to use them for work calls. After much online research I settled on these to try and am so glad I did. I'd likely give them 4.5 stars if I could as occasionally the bluetooth connectivity hiccups on them but given all of the other pluses, that is a small (and only) con on my list.
