I ordered this washer on sale for Black Friday and it was delivered in March 2020 upon completion of my new home. It was delivered to my doorstep but I had to haul it upstairs and hook up everything myself due to COVID chronicles. Installation was easy and the washing machine is great for large loads of clothes and bed linen. This one does not have the large agitator inside which allows for more laundry. The settings can be custom tailored to suit your laundry needs. It’s performed flawlessly thus far and I couldn’t be happier for the price/quality.

I'm still trying to get used to how this washer washes cloths. No matter which setting you use the clothing barely gets wet. Although, I do like the washer and it does manage to get everything clean. My favorite thing is that it is HUGE and you can wash all the large items that would never fit in your old washer. My only real complaint is that after only 2 weeks the detergent tray rails started to rust. I hope the warranty covers this issue.

I looked at various models before purchasing. I really liked what this washer offers for the price. I wanted a larger washer for washing bed spreads and alike. And this one had what I needed. I like the washer. I did not want another front loader at all. The well is deep on this one and may not work for short people. You have to dig down to pull the clothes out. But It is much easier on my low back.
