This amp has a very nice and warm sound. However, it likes to run red hot. Now, I was pushing it pretty hard with speakers rated at 2.8 ohms in hot Texas heat. It would cut out on my after about 40 minutes of serious output. I had to return it for a class D amp since I couldn't deal with the overheating issues. It is built pretty solid, I just think they could have done a better job designing the temperature control.
