The cape comes with the cowl down. It looks like he had two cowls on. One on his cape, and the one that he’s wearing. These defect figures have been out and macfarlane toys hasn’t done anything about the complaints that these batch of figures are getting.

Looks good. Fits nicely on its stand. Not quite as posable as others in the McFarlane line, definitely not NECA, but he didn’t move much in the movie. Nice addition to my collection.
