Not bad for being mdf. If you're just looking for beginner grade sub enclosure this works great. If you're looking for bass that will shake your neighbors house then you might want to look for a custom box without terminal cups. The cups can't really handle big boy subs due to the thin wire it has. If you go with this box replace the wire it comes with for a thicker 12 gauge. The terminal cups can use 12 gauge no problem but if you plan to wire 2 subs in different enclosures you will need to use some kind of connectors to fit in the terminal cups. I used a female connector and I put 2 wires on the female side and used the other end to go in the terminal cup hole. It works good like that if using 12 gauge

Good quality box; terminal wires inside too short

The boxes I got were as expected except for the terminal leads. couldn't even connect the speakers without having to squeeze hands in between speaker and the box. I purchased two at different times and both had same problem. The manufacturer should make the people assembling them try to put speakers into those boxes with the leads that short. Anyway it was easy fix so no problem, (just replaced with longer and higher gauge wire). Overall cheap solution for those who can't or don't want to build their own cabinet.

Honestly, the bass that can be achieved with the proper set up and one 12" speaker within this box is satisfying. If your looking to really rock, purchase a 2 speaker set up! The box has 2 - 12" slots that can be placed into your trunk to deliver bass that can be felt within the entire passenger portion of your vehicle. Play music and enjoy! *reason I would not suggest to friend is because I'd suggest exactly what I suggested to you "get the 2 speaker set up"!

durable and solid, at a reasonable price. added this to one of the kicker amp/sub packages to add some reasonably priced thump in her trunk. sitting at a little over a year and a half, and it's as solid as it was when new. one thought is there's a bit of a glue smell. may want to leave it in the garage for a few days when new to bake the smell out.

Solid enclosure... Installed a Kicker sub into it over the weekend. Was able to power-screw holes into it without any issues. Sub sounds great in it. Note that the enclosure doesn't come with pre-drilled holes or screws so you will have to get some on your own.

It a standard single 12 inch enclosure. It will provide a sturdy housing for a strong subwoofer and give you a nice and tight clean boom. I think it's over-priced but I used my points to get a decent discount. If you don't mind the price then go for it. I think a cheaper enclosure can be found online.

Nice enclosure. I was able to place my amplifier inside the enclosure. Only issue, I would have liked a hole in the back, 2 in. diameter. Centered, 2 inches from the bottom for cable passthrough. I chose not to use the connector block. Instead, I removed it and left it open for ventilation.

Got mine for a good price at $40 picked up at my local best buy, pretty well put together box and was the perfect size for my 12" Pioneer sub. My only gripe are the wiring terminals are the low end push type, not a big fan. Other than that it works great for what I needed.
