I purchased Michael Kors Sofie smartwatch for my wife for our twelfth wedding anniversary and she absolutely loved it. She uses iphone and setup was simple. She loves being able to set the pusher buttons to be able to do a command that she chooses. After a few days she started to have connection issues between her phone and watch and was resolved by restarting the watch several times. About a week after purchase, the back of the watch became somehow de-bonded, and seemed that it was held together by some cheap glue. When we took it back to Best Buy they told us not to worry, because I had purchased the protection plan. The only problem is that if we opted to use the protection plan, we would have to purchase another plan if we wanted to stay protected for another two years. We decided to keep the watch and send it to the manufacturer for a repair. We sent it out and they repaired it for free and shipped it back in about two weeks. Now, at this point, it has had connection issues, a terrible debonding issue, and now it will turn off, not power back on, and will suddenly begin to vibrate until the battery dies. I think when the back came off, something internal was messed up, and now it seems like it won't power on unless you tightly hold the back down. As soon as you let it go it turns off and starts vibrating again. My wife really feel in love with the simplicity and looks of this watch, but the frustration of trying to keep it connected and keep it running has taken its toll. She has only had about a month total to wear and test out the watch. We are returning the watch today for a refund.

The watch was easy to use, has tons of different options for changing the face template of the watch screen. The app that comes with it is interesting but I think the functions should be a little easier to use.
