The unit came well packaged with no issues. Good overall condition. The cost is good for the pre-owned aspect. No instructions were included, so there was some trouble getting the unit up and running. (Kinect system had to be connected to turn the system on) But, overall an excellent purchase. The One system itself could have a better OS, but it is what it is.

I purchased a pre-owned Xbox One and everything was pretty much brand new. Great price too!
