This is an interesting wired speaker with impressive speakerphone capability, and it can be used to listen to music as a mini-soundbar. I purchased this on a whim, seeing as how Microsoft does not release many new office products, and this one seemed particular pandemic-inspired. I used this for Google Meet on my Razer laptop and it works perfectly. No installation required, just plug and play. I've used this speaker for gaming and the sound quality is decent. It doesn't rival the sound of a full soundbar, but I prefer a more 'narrow' soundstage when gaming (hard to explain why, except that it's less distracting). Disappointingly, it does not appear to be compatible with my newer iPad Pro even though that device has a USB C port. But I think this speaker is a good value for the price, and its portability makes it useful for on-the-go work meetings. .

Needed a speaker/mic for working from home. The ones in my laptop weren’t cutting it. Saw this one at BestBuy and took a chance on it. It works perfectly! I use it for TEAMs calls mostly. I’ve never had a problem with it. It’s easy to unplug and carry with you in its protective case. I highly recommend it.

Funny purchase, and it’s changed my work from home meetings. The “Teams” logo blinks when the meeting has started and it’s one touch to login. It simplifies the joining process (I know, it sounds funny) but when you are jumping from call to call all day, this is a time saver and helps streamline everything. The simple tactical buttons are great for quick volume and mute changes. You don’t think you need it…. Until you try it. It’s a keeper!
