Got it with 6% of battery and a sign said "not charging". Needed some kind of update, but update won't install with less then 40% of battery. It looked more like used than refurbished

Overall,. the product is great and came in as describe on line. The only issue I had was that I could not get Geek Squad protection. I believe if you sell something, you should be able to back it up. So far, I love the Surface 3 Pro.
