Lots of issues

Quality4 out of 5Value2 out of 5Ease of Use1 out of 5I am the IT person for my company. At the beginning of the Covid pandemic, my company needed to deploy 5 laptops to users. There is a limit of 2 laptops per order so I spread the orders out among three people. 5 should definitely be a good sample size. The first thing I do with any new machine is apply all microsoft critical, security and recommended updates. Users reported blue screen of death, and intermittently unable to wake from sleep state. Some even reported that their laptops were too hot to the touch. After trying a few troubleshooting steps on my own, I created a case with Microsoft Surface Support team and did everything they asked, run this report, send this data, send blue screen data, etc. The data was handed off to the data analysis team. 5 five weeks later, there was still no offered solution. We decided to return the laptops to Bestbuy as we had one week left during the return period. I went with another manufacturer laptop and there have been no reported issues.. Stay away from this model.

- A:Answer I purchased a 15" Surface Laptop 3 before last Christmas. It's a great laptop. I really like it. I would have loved it even more if it came in teal color. It's got great speed and the resolution is fantastic. The laptop is similar to my Surface Book at work. I have been a Microsoft product user for a long time, so I didn't have problem using Windows 10 at home. In terms of syncing with the Surface Pro, I have not tried syncing the Laptop 7 to my Surface Book. I know you can sync your internet accounts in Chrome. But, I don't know about syncing MS laptops. I imagine it's possible but have not tried it because Laptop 7 was a personal purchase, not work related.
