Customers highly value the Surface Laptop 4 for its fast performance and great screen resolution. It is praised for its speed and ability to handle demanding tasks with ease.
The laptop run amazingly fast for a couple of weeks. Also, the battery life was surprisingly good, more than expected. After the return period passed the computer began crashing and showing BSOD errors. Up to 10 times in a day! I contacted Microsoft service and after resetting, reinstalling, and wiping my computer the issue persists, moreover the issue has worsened. If you are looking for a great package with lots of power do yourself a favor and buy a X1 carbon. At this pricepoint you shouldn't have this issues and expect better service... not the case.

It loooks great. As good or better than the last surface laptop 2 I have. Unfortunately the mic doesn’t work on all my conference calls and so I have had to buy a mic and a speaker to use. When typing it also self-deletes words or letters. I have checked all the possibilities and I think the mousepad might by so sensitive it’s Moving the mouse when I’m typing without any contact even with around 1“ of air it’s happening. Extremely frustrating when typing any emails. The sensitivity also is causing the emails to jump into archive midway through typing. I will be bringing it back to Best Buy and possibly it needs replacing.

Not the greatest, we buy it and it was heading. It was over heading and it we were having issues with the display
