Customers are pleased with the Surface Pro 6's ease of use, lightweight design, and performance. Many appreciate the touchscreen functionality and long battery life, although some users found the storage capacity to be limited. A few customers noted that the device can get warm during use and expressed a preference for the pen to be included.
So far it has been absolutely amazing, quick to respond, and extremely versatile. I am so in love with it, this will be my go to in laptop for a long time. I love that you can mix and match the colors of the keyboard & screen itself. I love that it stays cool and and keep it on my lap because the keyboard does not heat up. It does an amazing job at not getting hot in general. Microsoft has got my attention!

My old Laptop was falling apart on me so I needed a new computer. Especially since school was starting. It’s a great laptop/tablet. I mainly use it for school stuff or watching Netflix. I bought it when Best Buy was doing the “Black Friday in July” sale. The price was worth it. Sometimes their is a small delay but it goes back to being normal after second. I would recommend this to any student or someone who just needs a laptop/tablet to browse the internet or binge watch shows on Netflix and Hulu. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase!

As you can see that my Microsoft Surface Pro 6 is updating again this is the third update for this month. This laptop updates at least two or three times a month. At first for four months my Surface Pro 6 was fantastic. Microsoft Word had no problems. Then something happened in mid stride and I think it was either a change in the Microsoft team or a change in the management because Microsoft Word was giving me problems. Being a student at the University I would make notes for my anthropology course inserting pictures and typing definitions. Microsoft Word could not handle the information, and would start to glitch. Currently that is happening today especially after Microsoft Word updated and changed its programming. When I use Microsoft Word the Surface Pro 6 starts to flash. When I am using some other program, it does flash. Because this laptop is low memory, I put everything on OneDrive concerning only School. Since I am earning my bachelor's degree there are a lot of class information that I put on OneDrive and I'm running out of space. Microsoft OneDrive will grant me extra memory but a user has pay, that is too expensive as compared to Google Drive so instead I am now using Google Drive for my files as I have to keep my memory low so that the Surface Pro 6 does not glitch. Currently, because I am using a Microsoft computer every time I start my computer Microsoft tries to force me to use Edge. Microsoft edge is not as good as Chrome. Yet, every time I turn on the computer Edge comes what's up and asked me to default to Edge and that's annoying. It's not against the law to force someone to use their product if it's for free, but it does become annoying like a telemarketer. Every time I turn on my computer to start assignments for school, Microsoft always updates Microsoft Surface Pro 6 and that becomes redundant and irritating. I have used Gatewa, ComPac, and Asus laptops and I have never had any problems. There are two students in my family and they are using HP's and they don't have the problems that I do; not even the constant updates. I remember in 2003 when Microsoft Word used to be problem free and user friendly. Today, it's junk. They have this Microsoft hub that you can complain to but that doesn't help because they're making more updates and adding more bugs in their updates. The only reason why I bought this computer with extended warranty, geek squad insurance, cover protector, touchpen and keyboard, which it does not come with, all for thousand dollars is that it could fit on a student desk and I could touch write taking notes on the monitor. But taking notes in class was problematic because he had to have good Wi-Fi and it was easier, and quick to write on a notebook with a regular pen and paper. However, now that we're learning virtually, this laptop serves me no purpose and I should have bought the HP. Although you see satisfied customer review I am telling you that this laptop should be only for kids in elementary school and Junior High. This laptop cannot compete with a university student. I'll probably have to buy an external drive to help this computer keep up. If you're serious student or for home use or business I would not purchase this laptop. no matter how much you complain the Microsoft their customer service will always tell you sorry but that doesn't alleviate the problem unless they change it. The reason why I am given this review is because I am angry for the price I paid in the quality of this product. To me Microsoft has gone downhill. In addition, remember that because you have lack of memory your Microsoft surface pro is attached to an external drive which is OneDrive. If you have a lot of files like me a student it starts to build up and you start to lose memory real quick so I have to use a USB drive with this laptop.
