Q: has the overheating problem been fixed?

A: Mine gets really hot, particularly when I'm charging it while in use, so I suppose they have not fixed that.

Q: Does it come with the keyboard or do you purchase separately?

A: It comes with a black keyboard, I couldn't let either and bought a red one that I think is cool.....

Q: what accessories come with this

A: There was an offer during Black Friday where it came with Microsoft pen.. but now it just comes with the typing cover or keyboard.

Q: I purchased this Surface Pro 7 to replace an older Surface... Can I use my old charger (model 1625)? And can I use my old docking station (model 1664)? I noticed that the new charger is 15V while the old one is 12V.

A: Unfortunately, those products are not designed for use with Surface Pro 7.

Q: Can this be purchased with Windows 10 Professional instead of Windows 10 Home?

A: No but you can get the Pro key and upgrade it. I did the same bought a key from eBay and upgraded to Win 10 Pro.

Q: So as of October 2021, does it come with a pen in the box or do i have to purchase that separately?

A: I don’t think it comes in the box, I believe they include it separately.

Q: I use my current laptop sitting on the couch or on my lap a lot. How does the Surface work in a location that is not a table or desk?

A: The surface pro works nicely on my lap and because it is lighter weight, it’s more maneuverable.

Q: Will the Surface Pro 7 “air print” to my Canon printer like my iPad does?

A: You can print wirelessly to other devices
