Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate is the complete version of Vista and it's a special version. The Windows Vista Ultimate Extras are very cool. Vista has a new look and new features but it has application compatbility issues and it boots slow. If you add RAM to it of course it will run more faster. It's hard to for me to recommend this to a friend or not.
