Unexpected surprise!
Part of me didn’t by this film because I thought the film might have been based on a Boxer who became pregnant and was offered a huge fight worth a lot of money and that the film was going to more about the choice of abortion. Don’t always listen to people who dont know what they talk about! I was told by a friend that the film was exactly that, come to find out he never watched the film and the film was spectacular! Its a heart wrenching film that grabs your attention the entire way through! Gold, solid gold!

Fabulous movie
I have not watched the copy I just bought yet, but I saw the move some time ago and I wanted it in my library. Now I have it. Clint Eastwood has made many wonderful movies in recent years: Unforgiven, Gran Torino, Letters From Iwo Jima, Invictus, and of course, Million Dollar Baby. The guy knows how to pick and tell a story using film.
