Impressed! You definitely get your money worth.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Lenovo Tab 2 A10-70 is a great tablet considering what you're paying for it. At $159.99 you get a MedtiaTek CPU running at (1.7GHz), 2GB of DDR3LP RAM, 16GB of internal storage, a decent but beautiful resolution of 1920x1200, and great sound with built in Dolby Digital Atom speakers on the back. I must say that, I have not yet to be disappointed with this 10" tablet what so ever. I ended up getting this tablet 2 days ago, and I got this one after returning the Lenovo Tab 2 A8-50F that I got a few days prior to getting the A10-70 at BestBuy. The A10-70 that they have display at BestBuy is running Android KitKat 4.4, and may say it does here on the website but don't let that turn you away from this tablet. To be exact, this tablet comes with the latest Android of LolliPop 5.1. so you don't have to worry if that's what anyone is worrying about. I've watched many reviews recently about the Lenovo Tab 2 A10-70, some say that this tablet can handle games very well, and others say it fails in that department. I'm sorry to say but if you fully optimize your tablet's performance by using programs such as 360 Security to optimize apps, settings, and more this tablet actually runs pretty fast. I've also managed to uninstall, and disable a lot of of recommended apps that came stock with this tablet so I was able to free up more RAM/Memory, and to get the extra internal storage space I could use for apps that I would like to have on my tablet personally. Once I optimized the entire device, web browsing, watching videos, playing games, and everything else just seemed to run, and respond a lot faster. I highly recommend this tablet to the people who enjoy playing high-end games, and do lot of multitasking as well. I will also say that the battery life on this tablet is AMAZING!!! I started this tablet at 10am this morning on 100%, and the time is now 11:44pm and I still have 13% left of battery life..loving it! This tablet has potential, and runs great for the price without a doubt, returning the A8-50F to get the A10-70 was definitely worth the extra $30.00. 5/5 stars

Mostly great!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.MOST everything about this tablet is great - the screen resolution, the speed, the battery life, the price! Things that are not so good: it's a little heavy and a little thick, the camera is not so good in low light and it doesn't make a strong connection with WiFi. It has even dropped the signal a couple of times...and the router was just in the next room. Other than that, for the price it's a pretty good device.

Excellent Product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this product because of the great reviews it was given! This tablet is cheaper than the Samsung models but has much better hardware. The front and back cameras are better mega pixels. The Processor had a better speed 1.7hz to a 2.1hz. Came with the latest version of android which I was not expecting! They must have been upgrading the tablet software with the new line and not changed the listing online. Bluetooth enabled great feature! 16 gigabyte hard drive that is expandable with SD card. The screen resolution is much better as well. I'm not sure why the price difference i guess you are purchasing the brand but for god sake at least be competitive with hardware installation. Over all BEST BANG for the BUCK!!!!! Love it love it love it could not ask for anything better. Hope this review was helpful happy shopping all!

Good for a cheapo 10" tablet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The first thing that attracted me was the price, which really can't be beat. Getting a decent display for the price seemed to be the challenge, and the Lenovo Tab 2 does not disappoint. For all of the technical specs of this tablet, though, you would expect it to be more responsive than it actually is. Don't get me wrong, it's not sluggish or anything like that, but it's not exactly a speed demon either. It came with KitKat and was very quickly updated to Lollipop. Battery life is really, really good and overall construction quality is reasonably good. Considering that I didn't want to spend $700 for a tablet (Samsung Note or the ilk), this fit the bill perfectly.

Best attributes at this price.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first tablet computer and my first Android system product. I am pleased with the screen resolution. Overall, there is good color saturation, brightness and definition. The sound-projectors[speakers] being on the back is not the most preferred design, in the minds of many. The sound quality is very good when facing the projectors; and, the quality is good when facing the screen with sound being reflected by a close environmental surface. There is also a graphic equalizer in the Dolby sound package. It has good battery strength. It is low in weight; and, the Mini-Usb port can be compatible with a Ethernet-MiniUsb adapter. It did arrive from the factory with Kit-Kat Android installed, but Lenovo pushed out the 5.0 ^ Lollipop upgrade. My unit was manufactured in July 2015. The wireless Ethernet function has been good. My unit does not have the cellular telephony option.

Best out there
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the best tablet out there and especially for the price. I love my Samsung 10 inch and I got it on sale for $229.00. It is only 1280 where this is 1920. I bought a Samsung tab S for 500.00 with 1920 but it wasn't worth it for the price and I returned it. Now with 1920 and dolby stereo speakers and I got this on sale for $179.00. What a buy. Very fast. Uploaded lollipop fast. Great deal and machine!

I liked it, until...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I quite liked it, until it automatically did a software update. I couldn't stand the way the whole setup looked after the update happened, so I returned it. Would've kept it otherwise. Pros: Super long battery life Amazing sound Clear display Great price Cons: Kept disconnecting from WiFi, got annoying having to reconnect Not many tablet cases for it The software/system update is horrible and hideous

Q: QuestionScreen color quality?I was wondering if how good the colors were. Mainly if there is a obvious yellow/blue tint. I read quite a bit, and it can get really annoying with a strong tint. I keep hearing Lenovos recent tablets as of late have really good overall picture quality.
Asked by slickrick.
- A:Answer As far as I am concerned, the color quality is excellent. It also has what is called Miravision color enhancement setting so you can adjust it to meet your own liking.

Q: QuestionDoes it have a slot for a SIM CARD? 3G or 4G, but for me is important to have one. I'm planing to buy it but i need to be sure about that! thanks
Asked by Chris.
- A:Answer This particular model does not, but there is a version (not sold by Best Buy, I believe) that does. This point was almost a dealbreaker for me as well, but I just tether it to my cell phone when I need a mobile connection.

Q: QuestionDoes the tablet mount sd cards properly yet?A couple of weeks ago i bougbt this tablet but returned it after it would not mount a brand new samsung 64gb micro sdxc card that was confirmed to be working properly. The in store geek rep tried my card, another 64gb card and a 16gb card from the back and none of them would mount on the tablet I purchased or the tablet on display. I was told it was a firmware problem, and there was nothing anyone cohld do until Lenovo fixed the issue. BTW, both tablet appeared to have had installed the most recent updates at the time.
Asked by Patience.
- A:Answer I got the same tablet and Samsung 64GB micro sd card, you don't need a computer to format the card, just insert it in your tablet and go to your tablet settings, then look for storage and you will find the option format the card, you will find there the option to use your card as the default storage so everything you download will be in your SD card. P.S. : If this doesn't work must be something wrong with the tablet.
