Celebrate with Pride

Identity. Celebrating our identities with pride.

Best Buy is committed to fostering an inclusive environment for people of all identities.

Inclusivity isn’t just our policy; it’s embedded in our culture. We believe in giving everyone an equal voice and influence, while creating spaces where our employees and customers feel empowered to be themselves. For Pride month, we want to acknowledge and celebrate all the different identities that make up the LGBTQIA+ community.

Meet some of Best Buy’s Pride leaders.

What does Pride mean to Best Buy?

Best Buy’s Support of the LGBTQIA+ Community

At Best Buy, we respect and support our LGBTQIA+ employees and customers. Pride is built into the fabric of who we are. We believe people thrive when they are respected and celebrated for their unique experiences and backgrounds. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, it’s an honor to be recognized as a company that supports LGBTQIA+ initiatives. For the fifteenth year, we’ve been named one of the Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Employees by the Human Rights Campaign.

Celebrating Pride During the COVID-19 Pandemic

While many Pride marches, parades and other major in-person celebrations across the country have been cancelled this year, that doesn’t mean Pride itself is cancelled. On the contrary, it’s a great opportunity to show your support for LGBTQIA+ rights and equality in your own unique way.

Pride isn’t just a month, or a week, or the date of a parade: People celebrate their Pride every single day, and we can celebrate Pride together even while being apart. We can help get you started with cool Pride merchandise, including phone cases, watch bands and other fun Pride accessories.
