As we re-open in select locations, we’ve redesigned our in-store shopping experience with your safety and convenience as our main goal. You can now schedule an in-store consultation online, by phone, chat or at the front of the store. At your scheduled time, we’ll pair you with a Best Buy team member. Please wear a face mask or covering before entering. We’ll ask you how you feel, and if you have concerns, we’ll encourage you to reschedule. All our employees are following multiple safety guidelines, including wellness checks, personal protective equipment, and social distancing. We’re taking this seriously so we can get it right, and we’ll be here when you’re ready.

Most items are ready in one hour.* When your order is ready, use the notification email or the app to let us know you’re here, and we’ll bring your item(s) out. Then pop your trunk and you'll be on your way.
