1. Walk in and shop.

Shopping at Best Buy

Wherever local regulations permit, stores are now open. Our Blue Shirts have returned to offer the same high-quality in-store experience, now with enhanced safety measures per CDC guidelines. No appointment needed. Be sure to check your local store page for hours, then stop in.

2. Schedule an in-person consultation.

You can schedule an in-store consultation online, by phone, chat or at the front of the store. At your scheduled time, we’ll pair you with a Best Buy team member who’s most qualified to answer all your questions.

For your safety, and that of our employees, we ask that you wear a face mask or covering before entering the store. In locations where face coverings are mandated by government order, customers will not be allowed into the store without one; small children and those unable to wear a face covering for health reasons may still enter. All our employees are following several safety guidelines, including wellness checks, personal protective equipment, and social distancing. In addition, we’ll be limiting store traffic levels to ensure that we can maintain CDC social distancing guidelines. We’re taking this seriously so we can get it right, and we’ll be here when you’re ready.

To further encourage a safe shopping experience at Best Buy, the first hour of in-store shopping (10 a.m. to 11 a.m. local time) every Wednesday will be reserved for seniors and other at-risk customers.

Curbside Pickup and Store Pickup.

Most items are ready in one hour.*

Curbside Pickup.

Free, contactless Curbside Pickup is available at, through our app and by phone. When your order is ready, use the notification email or the app to let us know you’re here, and we’ll bring your item(s) out. Then pop your trunk and you’ll be on your way.

Store Pickup.

If you’d prefer to come in the store to shop, browse or ask a question, our free Store Pickup option is available in most store locations. Just select Store Pickup in checkout. Then, once you’ve received a notification email that your order is ready, come see us at the Store Pickup desk inside the store.

Getting what you need is more important than ever, and so is having it up and running immediately. Where we can, we’re offering in-home installation of major appliances, TVs, fitness equipment and more. Before and during installation, we’re taking precautions — including employee health checks, social distancing, personal protective equipment, and more — so you can be confident your home is as secure as possible.

  • Fast and free delivery:

    *Next-day delivery for qualifying products is based on product availability and on the time of day the order is placed. $35 minimum purchase is required and applies to ship-to-home items after coupons and before taxes. Additional terms and conditions apply.

  • Ready in one hour:

    *Some orders require additional payment validation and take longer to process. Items such as TVs, large appliances, and mobile phones with plans could take additional time to pick up at the store.

  • Delivery and installation:

    *Some delivery and installation limitations may apply, including government restrictions. Where delivery inside your residence is not available, you may select delivery to your front door as your delivery option.

  • CDC guidelines:

    *By going to the CDC website, you are leaving and entering a site hosted and operated by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. Please review their Privacy Policy. Different terms and conditions may apply.
