It has all the pieces to make opening a new bottle and storing it so very easy. From the foil cutter to the bottle stoppers. The cork remover is as easy as the press of a button. I like this set so much that I wanted to buy two more for friends of mine but they have been sold out for awhile now. I’ll have to find another place that sells them because I really want them to have THIS set.

Got a little tired of her asking me to open her wine every other day. I showed her how to use it and she was off and running! Never asked me to open it again! I should mention she's 84! Now that should tell you how easy it is to use. Great price too! Couldn't pass it up. Took me a bit to port this review because I wanted to ensure she would use it and it wasn't too difficult. All good!

I will never open a wine bottle with a regular opener again! Even opens hard to uncork bottles & looks sharp sitting on my bar. Loved it so much I purchased one to give as gift. If you drink wine or entertain, this is a must have.

It doesn’t seem as strong as my previous one but it does take the cork off as it should. The extra accessories are nice to have in one spot instead of searching drawers for them. So far satisfied.

- A:Answer You never wanna over charge any device over an hour! Charge for 30 mins and turn the wine opener upside down to avoid over charging!

Q: QuestionHow Do I know this model is charged since it does not have a charge light????? It appears to work well when the corkscrew is going in, but slows down dramatically when it is pulling the cork out....this makes me think that it is not fully charged!!!

- A:Answer it requires more force to pull the cork out of the bottle therefore causing more strain onthe motor, which makes it seem like the battery is dying.

- A:Answer I don’t think this is the same as you are talking about. I have a rabbit cork opener and that gets sticky after repeated use. I believe this will not get as sticky
