I had this printer for about 5 day trying to get it to successfully print anything. The auto level is a joke. I had to manually leveled the bed then ran the autolevel. Failed every print it did even the test file. The Y axis stop switch failed and after running a bed level print file I modified for the printer I realized the bed was warped with high spots and low spots. Monoprice customer support wouldn't help because I didn't order from them directly. So theres no warranty pretty much. Im going to purchase one of the creality 3d printers I hear their really reliable and have a massive online community. I just bought this on because I had a gift card. Which was a mistake and a waste of time and filament.

I am not happy with this printer at all. I have the mini mono price and it works great, but this one is still not working. The auto leveling is a joke, and even though I tried manually leveling it, it still doesn’t work. So far because of the leveling being off, the pad has a small tear in it, and I had to change out the filament feeder because the filament kept stopping. Monoprice is also in my book not known for their customer service. It’s been over a week since I sent an inquiry and they still haven’t answered it.

I bought it and it was a very bad experience. First the thing couldn’t even print. It literally couldn’t even get the filament out of the nossle.
