Don't even...Posted .
Allow me to explain a simple concept here: HDMI is a DIGITAL signal. It is not an analog signal. Gimmicks like gold plating or shielding don't mean SQUAT. In a digital signal, information is either in a 1 or a 0. There is nothing in between or otherwise it wouldn't be digital. If you don't get part of the signal, it is the fault whatever is producing the signal. The quality of cable is irrelevant because to even transmit a digital signal, you're going to be getting all or none of it. This is why the digital TV revolution was so good: over-the-air signals now must either reach your house or you get nothing at all. It ensures high quality. I'm sure this cable is fine and does exactly what it's supposed to...but then so does something that costs $15 because of what HDMI is. If you need a long cable like this to link two HDMI devices together, buy two cheaper (talking under $40 here) HDMI cables and then a coupler. Never buy from Monster for any digital device cable, it is the closet thing I've ever seen to literally throwing money away. $450 is a completely unreasonable price to pay for this (this costs more than a PS3, ridiculous). No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Amazing QualityPosted .
Everyone might be concern about spending this money on a cable, but as soon as you plug it and see the difference, you will be totally satisfied! It's really amazing how does it make the difference! If you have a high-end home theatre, TV and DVD, you must spend some money on cables. Just great!I would recommend this to a friend
