Take a trip back in time to when star Monsters, Inc. employees Mike Wazowski (voice of Billy Crystal) and James P. "Sulley" Sullivan (voice of John Goodman) were just two promising young students at Monsters University in this frightfully fun Disney/Pixar prequel. Long before they were lurking in closets for a living, Mike and Sulley were just two Scaring majors at Monsters University, dreaming of the day they would make children shriek in terror. When their heated competition to be the most fearsome in their class gets out of hand, however, Mike and Sulley find themselves ejected from the prestigious Scare Program, and they are forced to seek the aid of their oddball friends in order to get their education back on track. Dan Scanlon (Tracy) takes the directorial reigns for this prequel featuring additional vocal contributions by Steve Buscemi, Dave Foley, and Julia Sweeney.~Jason Buchanan
Must have !!!!! Collectible steelbook is must for my collection. Just need the first part to have the set I highly recommend picking it up if you can so you don’t run the risk of it being damaged I picked mine up and it’s in perfect condition no dents or scratches on mine :)

The story before Monsters INC, with all your favorite characters and more. The one thing that I loved about this movie is the colors. Pixar did another great job with this movie. They put you in the Monster INC universe and throw you into college with all its complexities. Fraternity's, Party's, and of course the "Scare Games"! It's a fun collegiate journey with Mike and Sully at Monster University . Great movie, kids love it and I do too. As always the movie teaches us something and does it in a fun way. Go Monsters University! down with Fear Tech!
Monsters Inc. is without a doubt my favorite animated movie of all time. The 4K transfer looks good and it helps make some of the fine details on environments and characters look better although this a an early CGI animated feature so it'll still have a somewhat dated look to it. Not to say the picture looks bad, far from it, just computer animation has gone a long way since 2001. The packaging is nice and makes for a good looking steelbook and comes with three discs (including a Blu-ray of the movie) so even if you're not 4K ready ready I'd still recommend buying this as that's where physical media is heading.
