Great mobile for a decent price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I already had a similar cell phone. When the time came to buy another one for a family member, this phone was a clear choice. Internet connectivity is great, pictures come out perfect, an XSD Card can be inserted easily. Overall, a great buy, IMHO.

Great specs for the price, but....
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.... Front camera just one day started showing a crack across the image, but there's no physical damage outside of the phone. The rear camera is lensed by a piece of non-scratch resistant glass. Every picture is foggy now. Scratched up in literally 2 days. Lenovo/moto and Best Buy won't stand by this product. Buyer beware. One star for 1080p screen, one for stock Android.

Me I'm just a normal business type guy super fast Google apps no extra bulky apps. Movies are almost 4k quality screen is huge definitely worth the price better than the LG K7 which I just left. Using tmobile Sim and so far so good.

Great unlocked phone that won't break the bank!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This phone is amazing. It works as efficiently as any comparable "big brand" smart phones (Samsung, iphone, etc.). I had no problem connecting it to my provider, Straight Talk, with a simple SIM card activation kit. And you really cannot beat the price for how well it functions. I really like not having to pay to "lease" my phone. I have had several compliments on the quality of pictures and video this phone takes. It has plenty of room for all of the apps I use, and the connection to google photos lets me take all the pictures I want without worrying about taking up a lot of storage on the phone. The battery life is amazing as well. It last 2-3 times longer than my friends' phones. My only complaint is that it is a little bigger than what I prefer in a phone. But I know larger phones are the trend right now so I can't fault the manufacturer for that.

Great Phone, Great Price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far, so good with this phone. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and have had zero issues with it. When I did some research on it, I saw that some people have screen burn-in issues and overheating issues with some models. Haven't encountered any of those yet. I'm using it on T-Mobile, so while it does get VoLTE, it does NOT get Wi-Fi Calling. It's a little disappointing, but not a huge deal. The real plus of this phone is that it works with ANY US carrier. I can jump ship any time I wish, whether it is a CDMA carrier like Verizon, or stick with GSM like TMO or AT&T. I can also use it with Republic Wireless and their Wi-Fi service, which I am looking forward to soon. Downsides with the phone seem to be updates. When I got it, it had an update waiting for me. Unfortunately, as of 9/9/16, it is still on the May 2016 security patch level. This is pretty disappointing. I hope that Lenovo gets their stuff together and keeps up with security updates. I guess if you're looking for a regularly updated phone, stick with the phones made by Google. Overall, decent camera, awesome battery life, great screen, and feels solid in the hand. Can't ask for much more for the price.

Q: QuestionWill this be a prepaid phone say $40-$50 bucks a month thereabouts or is it one of the expensive 90-100 dollar 2-year plan type phones? Thanks in advance.
Asked by Rocky.
- A:Answer I think I get what your asking but I'm not sure. But I'll just say this. This phone is unlocked which means you can use it on any carrier. Verizon, at&t, sprint, or T-Mobile. Along with the no contract prepaid such as metro pcs, boost, cricket, etc. I have cricket so all I'll have to do is just pop my SIM card In and I'm good to go. Your plan features depends on what the phone can do. Hope that helps. For the money this is the best affordable phone you can buy.

Q: QuestionDoes this have all that pre installed amazon stuff and the lock screen ads like the ones they're selling on amazon? I would really rather not have that stuff and I was wondering if that was amazons doing or if that's just how the phone is.
Asked by Luuke.
- A:Answer No there is none such. I bought it on bestbuy.com with 50$ gift card. It got delivered on 12th morning. There is absolutely no ads. The phone is very crisp and no bloatware at all.

Q: QuestionHi, does it come with memory slot (for external memory card)? thanks
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Yes, up to a 128GB external memory card is supported. Since this phone comes with Marshmallow, the user can set up their SD card as "adoptable storage", combined internal and external storage as one (you need to have a fast and supported UHS-1 SD card to do this).

Q: QuestionHow do you know which SIM card to buy? Currently we have different phones on GSM and another on CDMA. We are thinking about using it with Tracfone. They said they support either one.
Asked by Dizzo.
- A:Answer You can either buy the one for your phone online or, and this is the better option, just get it from the best buy salesman when you buy your phone at best buy. The reps at the cellphone carriers' stores (especially Verizon as I've heard) get ticked off when someone brings in a new phone asking for a sim card (cause they want to make the phone sale revenue) so they sometimes hassle you, but they might/should also give/sell you a sim.
