Customers are impressed with the laptop's performance, keyboard, graphics capabilities, and the inclusion of both a solid-state drive and a hard drive, resulting in fast boot times and ample storage. However, some users noted that the battery life could be improved, and that the laptop can get warm during extended use, with some experiencing noticeable fan noise. The speakers also received some negative feedback. Overall, the positive aspects of speed and performance seem to outweigh the negative feedback on some of the secondary features.
I first considered this brand after my last laptop died from heat damaging either the CPU, GPU, or mobo. My lady has an MSI laptop and the turbo fan mode is a must have. Keeps the CPU and GPU around 60-65 degrees Celsius under load which isn't bad. The software to help track temperatures is a godsend. The Steelseries keyboard is gorgeous and is solid. Boots lightning fast to the point where I laughed first boot. Only problem I have with it is that you can get better performance out of a 10 series Video Card from Nvidea. If you see one of these with a 1060 or 1070 that's same price or less, go for that.

This laptop has everything needed for gamers. Great speed and a very cool keyboard which can be changed (color). The screen definition is in my opinion the best for gamers.

The laptop performs flawlessly. Boots up instantaneously and has run every game without any issues. The screen feels kind of weak and the ssd space will run out really fast. Other than that I haven't had any problems whatsoever.
